Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of services. Payment may be made with cash, check or Visa/MasterCard.
Insurance
Some insurance companies do cover acupuncture. Services will be provided after confirmation is obtained.
Appointments and Cancellation
Walk-ins are welcome. However, visits by appointment are preferred to ensure that our clients receive individualized attention and care.
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so other clients may be offered the availability. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a charge will be applied.
Courtesy
As a courtesy to our clients, please do not wear perfumes or fragrances and be mindful of personal hygiene. Also, please refrain from smoking prior to a session.
